ONLINE AUDIT PLATFORM
The platform asks you to detail where your evidence is held, but unlike some other platforms, you are not required to upload the evidence onto this system, so you are free to store your evidence in your preferred location. You may have up to 5 additional users for the platform so you can assign appropriate tasks where appropriate.
A RAG rating visibly shows your status and you will create an ongoing action plan so you have knowledge and visibility of work required at any time. We know this is a huge battle when the CQC tell providers they are coming to visit so don’t wait until you get that call, get your own audit underway now.

The platform allows you to work on quality statements one at a time so you can assess, evidence, and improve via this audit tool.
We have 3 options available:
- Purchase the audit tool to complete this independently
- We support you with up to 1 day of support to get you onboarded using the system and supporting you to complete your audit covering the 34 quality statements
- We also provide a helpdesk function so you can contact us for helpful advice and guidance
With all 3 options, you will automatically receive a quarterly CQC update newsletter.
